US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The US International Trade Commission has determined that Healthgen, ScienCell, Aspira, and eEnzyme have violated Section 337 by importing infringing plant-derived recombinant human serum albumins and products containing them. The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders to prevent further infringement.
