U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order Against Proton Sports Inc.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order against Proton Sports Inc. for infringing products, and also issued a cease and desist order against the company, effectively terminating the investigation.
