U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation into Coates Visual LLC and Grants Motion to Amend Complaint and Notice of Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into Coates Visual LLC, and granted a motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to include Coates US Inc.
