USPTO Extends Expanded Collaborative Search Pilot Program for Two Years, Introduces New Combined Petition Option

The USPTO is extending the Expanded Collaborative Search Pilot (CSP) program for two years, through October 31, 2024, and introducing a new combined petition option that allows applicants to file a single petition in either the USPTO or one of the partner IP offices, streamlining the process and providing a more user-friendly experience.
