USPTO Extends Public Comment Period for Practicing Before PTAB

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public comments on the requirements to practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) until January 31, 2023, after initially publishing a request for comments in the Federal Register on October 18, 2022.
