USPTO Eliminates Continuing Legal Education Certification for Patent Practitioners

The USPTO has adopted a final rule eliminating the need for continuing legal education certification and recognition for registered patent practitioners, effective immediately, in response to a 2022 request for comments published in the Federal Register.
