USPTO Extends Comment Period on Patent Rights Initiatives

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is closing the comment period on its notice regarding the robustness and reliability of patent rights, which was initially set to expire on February 1, 2023, but has been extended for the second time until its conclusion.
