USPTO Extends COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Program
The USPTO is extending the modified COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Program to support the acceleration of innovations in the fight against COVID-19, allowing eligible patent applications to be prioritized for examination.
