USPTO Revises Patent Term Adjustment Statement Rules to Streamline Process

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is updating its rules to require patent term adjustment statements regarding information disclosure statements to be submitted on a standardized form, eliminating unnecessary back-and-forth and conserving resources.
