Changes To Implement Provisions of the Trademark Modernization Act of 2020; Delay of Effective Date

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has delayed the implementation of provisions from the Trademark Modernization Act of 2020, originally set to take effect on December 1, 2022, and further postponed to the spring or early summer of 2024, due to the delay of previously scheduled provisions in October 2022 and October 2023.
