National Labor Relations Board Stays and Rescinds Representation Case Procedures

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has stayed and rescinded two provisions of its 2019 final rule amending representation case procedures, extending the stay until December 26, 2023, to ensure the provisions do not go into effect for a short period of time.
