Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Rulemaking for Button Cell and Coin Battery Safety
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is seeking public comments on a proposed rulemaking to establish testing and labeling requirements for products containing or designed to use button cell or coin batteries, as well as labeling for these batteries and their packaging, in an effort to improve safety for consumers.
