Federal Communications Commission Eliminates Two TRS Mandatory Minimum Standards

The Federal Communications Commission has updated its Telecommunications Relay Service rules, eliminating two outdated standards and shifting the process for certifying state TRS programs to online notices on the Commission's website and its Electronic Document Management System.
