FCC Establishes New System of Records for Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

The Federal Communications Commission is creating a new system of records to manage the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, which provides discounts for broadband internet access to qualifying households, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
