FCC to Consider Petition to Switch Lubbock TV Station to UHF Channel

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering a petition from Gray Television Licensee, LLC, the owner of KCBD, a TV station in Lubbock, Texas, to switch from VHF channel 11 to UHF channel 36. The FCC believes that most of the station's viewers will still be well-served by other stations, even after the switch.
