FCC Announces Mandatory Compliance with New 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the transition of operations from one frequency band to another, adopted in the FCC's 3.7 GHz Report and Order (FCC 20-22), and that compliance with the new rules is now mandatory. The FCC will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing a compliance date for the new rule sections.
