Basin Electric Power Cooperative's South Dakota PrairieWind Project Gets Environmental Clearance

The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Utilities Service has issued a Record of Decision for the proposed South Dakota PrairieWind Project, clearing the way for construction of the wind farm in South Dakota, following a comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process.
