FCC Proposes New System of Records for Robocall Mitigation Database

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to add a new system of records, the Robocall Mitigation Database, to its inventory of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, in order to require voice service providers to certify their implementation of robocall mitigation programs and to publish the existence and character of these records.
