FCC Establishes System of Records for Workplace Health and Safety During Public Health Emergencies

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is establishing a system of records called OMD-33 to collect information from FCC staff and visitors during a public health emergency, such as a pandemic or epidemic, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. This system is required under the Privacy Act of 1974.
