Commission Announces Approval of 8YY Charge Reform Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement its 8YY Charge Reform Report and Order's toll-free intercarrier compensation rules for the next three years.
