Media Bureau Reinstates Commission's Prior Rule Changes Regarding Media Ownership

The Media Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission has reinstated several media ownership rules previously adopted in 2017, following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in FCC v. Prometheus Radio Project, which overturned a 2019 court ruling that had vacated these rules.
