FCC Modifies Existing System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act

The Federal Communications Commission has updated its FCC/OMD-32 system to include personally identifiable information of employees participating in the FCC Telework Program, a voluntary arrangement allowing employees to work from home, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
