FCC Amends DTV Table of Allotments for New Orleans

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a change to the DTV Table of Allotments for New Orleans, Louisiana, allowing PBS member station WYES-TV to switch from channel 11 to channel 28, as requested by the Greater New Orleans Educational Television Foundation.
