FCC Proposes New System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to establish a new system of records, FCC-2, to collect and maintain business contacts and certifications, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. This system will help the FCC ensure compliance with its rules and maintain points of contact with regulated entities and related industries.
