FCC Proposes New System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to add a new system of records, IB-1, to regulate and process applications for authorizations and licenses, as well as enforce FCC regulations and the Communications Act of 1934.
