Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Inc. Petition for Rulemaking to Reinstates Video Programming Distributors' Requirements for Certifications and Compliance

Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Inc. has petitioned the Federal government to reinstate rules requiring video programming distributors to obtain certifications of compliance from video programmers and to make those certifications widely available, after a 2016 Federal Register document inadvertently removed these requirements and prematurely amended rules for video programmer registration and certification of compliance.
