Federal Communications Commission Adopts TRACED Act Rules to Combat Robocalls

The FCC has finalized rules to streamline the process for private entities to report robocall violations, in line with the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (TRACED Act).
