FCC Announces Approval of 5.850-5.925 GHz Band Rule

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement a new rule for the use of the 5.850-5.925 GHz Band for a period of three years, following a notice of proposed rulemaking and a further notice of proposed rulemaking.
