FCC Adopts New Questions for Foreign Ownership Review

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted new questions for applicants with foreign ownership to answer during the review process of their applications, as part of the Process Reform for Executive Branch Review of Certain FCC Applications and Petitions Involving Foreign Ownership proceeding.
