FCC Deletes Rules for State Opt-Out of FirstNet Radio Access Network

The Federal Communications Commission has deleted rules allowing states to opt-out of the FirstNet radio access network, as no state or territory exercised this option within the statutory timeframe, following the passage of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.
