FCC Modifies System of Records for Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

The Federal Communications Commission is updating its records for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, which provides discounted broadband internet access to qualifying households, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The program, set to transition to the Affordable Connectivity Program on December 31, 2021, is designed to support low-income families and individuals.
