FDA to Consider Exclusive Patent License for Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Diagnostic Tool

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Voxel Systems, LLC, a Houston-based company, to use a diagnostic tool based on magnetic resonance spectroscopy pre-processing and renormalization, as outlined in the U.S. Patent listed in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section of this notice.
