FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Exports Notification and Recordkeeping Requirements

The Food and Drug Administration is seeking public comment on proposed information collection requirements for exports of human drugs, biological products, devices, animal drugs, food, cosmetics, and tobacco products. The proposed requirements would need to be implemented within 60 days of the public comment period's conclusion.
