Notice of Proposed Change to Section IV of the Virginia State Technical Guide

The NRCS State Conservationist for Virginia has determined that changes are needed in the NRCS State Technical Guide, specifically in 19 practice standards related to conservation practices such as brush management, deep tillage, contour farming, and windbreak establishment. These changes will be used to plan and install conservation practices.
