FDA Announces Draft Guidance on N-acetyl-L-cysteine Dietary Supplements

The FDA is releasing a draft guidance outlining its plan to exercise enforcement discretion for certain dietary supplements containing N-acetyl-L-cysteine, which would allow these products to be marketed as dietary supplements if NAC were not excluded from the definition.
