FDA Withdraws Hearing Requests for Certain Oral Prescription Drugs

The FDA is withdrawing all outstanding hearing requests for certain oral prescription drugs containing sedatives and antispasmodics, effective immediately. Shipment of these products is now unlawful unless they are part of an approved new drug application or abbreviated new drug application.
