US Department of Agriculture Re-Chartering National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods

The US Department of Agriculture has re-chartered the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) in cooperation with the Department of Health and Human Services, following a recommendation by the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Food Protection in 1985.
