FDA Proposes Standard to Ban Characterizing Flavors in Cigars

The FDA is proposing a standard to prohibit characterizing flavors in all cigars and their components, aiming to reduce the appeal of cigars among youth and young adults, and subsequently decrease nicotine dependence and tobacco-related deaths.
