FDA to Hold Public Meeting on Prescription Drug User Fee Act and Biosimilar User Fee Act Financial Transparency

The Food and Drug Administration is requesting public comments on the financial transparency and efficiency of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act, Biosimilar User Fee Act, and Generic Drug User Fee Amendments, as part of a public meeting scheduled to take place.
