Ortho-phthlates for Food Contact Use; Request for Information

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is opening a docket to obtain data and information on the use of ortho-phthalates (or "phthalates") for food contact applications. Specifically, FDA is seeking scientific data and information on current uses, use levels, dietary exposure, and safety data of certain ortho-phthalates. The purpose of this request is to provide FDA with all sources of relevant information to support our review of the current use levels and safe use of these ortho-phthalates in food contact applications.

This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement.
