FDA Amends Regulations to Allow Use of Fumonisin Esterase in Animal Feed
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of fumonisin esterase to break down fumonisins in animal feed, following a petition from Biomin GmbH, in an effort to ensure animal safety.
