FDA Releases Guidance for Shell Egg Producers on Preventing Salmonella Enteritidis

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a final guidance for the egg industry on preventing Salmonella Enteritidis in shell eggs produced by farms with laying hens that have access to areas outside the poultry house.
