FDA Announces Prescription Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2023

The FDA is setting the fees for reviewing prescription drugs and biological products for fiscal year 2023, following the Prescription Drug User Fee Amendments of 2022, and these fees will be in effect from October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023.
