USDA Advisory Committee on Minority Farmers to Hold Public Teleconference

The USDA will host a public teleconference to discuss outreach, technical assistance, and capacity building for minority farmers, as well as the implementation of a grant program and ways to increase minority farmer participation in USDA initiatives.
