FSIS Announces Plan to Revise Information Collection Requirements for Adulterated or Misbranded Products

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to its information collection, which governs how meat and poultry establishments notify FSIS of contaminated products and maintain recall procedures, with the goal of reducing paperwork burden by 37,515 hours.
