USDA Proposes Christmas Tree Promotion Rule for Referendum

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking public comment on procedures for a referendum to determine whether domestic Christmas tree producers and importers favor a proposed promotion program, which would be implemented under the Commodity Promotion, Research, and Information Act of 1996.
