Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Amends Area Risk Protection Insurance Regulations and Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has updated the Area Risk Protection Insurance (ARPI) Regulations and Common Crop Insurance Policy (CCIP), Basic Provisions to improve unit provisions and organic farming practice provisions, and clarify definitions, with the changes taking effect for the 2022 and succeeding crop years for certain crops, and the 2023 and succeeding crop years for other crops.
