USDA Announces Revised Lacey Act Implementation Date

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is informing the public of a change in the implementation date for Phase VI of the revised Lacey Act provisions, which require importers to submit a declaration at the time of importation for certain plants and plant products, effective April 1, 2009.
