FSIS to Implement Overtime and Holiday Inspection Fee Reductions for Small and Very Small Establishments

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will reduce overtime and holiday inspection fees for small and very small meat and poultry establishments and egg products plants by 30% and 75%, respectively, as part of the American Rescue Plan Act's provisions, effective immediately.
