USDA Proposes Revision to Child and Adult Care Food Program Records System

The US Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service is proposing to expand its records system to include disqualified individuals from the Child and Adult Care Food Program and the Summer Food Service Program, following the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular A-108.
